Dell N2248PX-ON 48x 1/2.5G Multi-Gig PoE 60W 4x 25G SFP28 600 Gbps Stackable L3 Switch

The Dell N2248PX-ON is a 1RU Layer 3 managed multi-gigabit PoE switch designed for modernizing campus network architectures with high-density power delivery for wireless access points, IP phones, security cameras, and building automation devices. Forty-eight RJ-45 1/2.5GBase-T ports auto-sense PoE class, with 24 ports delivering up to 30W via 802.3at Type-2 and 24 ports delivering up to 60W via 802.3bt Type-3 for high-draw devices. Four 25G SFP28 uplink ports provide high-bandwidth fiber connectivity. Switching capacity reaches 600 Gbps. Two integrated rear 40G QSFP+ ports support stacking of up to 12 switches at 160 Gbps stacking bandwidth for high-density, high-availability deployments. Total PoE budget is 2160W; full-load PoE redundancy requires an external PSU or EPS shelf in addition to the included 1600W internal PSU. Airflow is IO-to-PSU (port-side intake). An out-of-band 10/100/1000BASE-T management port and USB Type-A port for configuration via flash drive are included. Runs Dell Networking OS6; also supports Cumulus Linux and Pica8 open networking operating systems.
