United States Shipping (Continental USA)

Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders shipped to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).
Standard orders ship via FedEx or UPS Ground, depending on the destination and the size/weight of the package.

Estimated Delivery Time (Standard)
Most U.S. orders arrive within 1–3 business days after shipment.
Delivery time begins once the package is picked up by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, and carrier delays.

Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited shipping is available at checkout (or by request). Options may include FedEx Express and FedEx Overnight.

Expedited delivery times are calculated from the shipment date and depend on the selected service and destination.

Order Processing Time
In-stock orders placed Monday–Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day when received before our daily shipping cutoff time of 3:00 PM CST.
Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.
If an item is backordered or has a longer handling time, we will contact you by email.

Shipping Destinations
We ship to the continental United States (lower 48 states) and international destinations (available upon request or at checkout, depending on the destination).
Note: We currently do not guarantee delivery to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarding services unless specifically arranged in advance.

International Shipping
International shipping is available, and the final cost depends on destination country, package weight and dimensions, carrier service level, and duties/taxes/fees.

International Shipping Costs & Duties
Shipping charges for international orders are not included in product pricing unless explicitly stated.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country.

International Delivery Time
Delivery times vary by country and carrier service. Carrier delays, customs processing, and local delivery conditions can affect delivery estimates.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available).
You can also track your shipment anytime using the “Track Shipment” option on our homepage.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the order may be subject to reshipping fees and/or a restocking fee (depending on the product type).
Packages refused at delivery may be treated as returned shipments and may be subject to return shipping or restocking fees.
