The Cisco CP-7936 Unified IP Conference Station 7936 is a full-featured IP-based hands-free conference phone for desktops, conference rooms, and executive suites, combining superior voice quality with simplified IP network connectivity. Three integrated sensitive microphones deliver 360-degree room coverage for conference rooms up to 20 by 30 feet, while a digitally-tuned custom speaker provides full-duplex audio at 86.5 dB peak volume. Two external microphone ports support the optional microphone expansion kit, extending coverage to rooms up to 20 by 40 feet with two 6-foot extension microphones. A backlit pixel-based LCD displays caller ID, calling party name, date, time, and feature status. Audio compression via G.711 (A-law and mu-law) and G.729a; audio bandwidth 300 to 3500 Hz. Features include call hold, transfer, mute, ad-hoc and meet-me conferencing, park, and pick-up; three soft keys; 20-entry local directory; five ring tones; and 802.1Q VLAN support.
