It provides 48 Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 ports with PoE and PoE+ support at up to 30W per port, alongside 4 non-shared Gigabit Ethernet SFP uplink ports. Switching capacity reaches 104 Gbps nonblocking, backed by a 16,000 entry MAC address table for demanding access layer traffic. Eight class of service queues per port maintain end to end prioritization for voice, video, and data traffic across the network. Layer 7 application visibility identifies hundreds of applications and devices directly from the Meraki dashboard, without requiring separate monitoring tools.
