Unlike the AP-505, which has antennas built in, this model offers two RP-SMA connectors for external dual-band antennas, with antennas and mount kit sold separately. The 5 GHz radio reaches up to 1.2 Gbps and the 2.4 GHz radio up to 574 Mbps, and each radio serves up to 256 associated clients. OFDMA with up to eight resource units and MU-MIMO let the radios serve several clients at once, with Target Wake Time support too. Security covers WPA3 Enterprise with a CNSA option, WPA3 Personal and Enhanced Open, and every unit carries a Trusted Platform Module. An integrated Bluetooth 5 and Zigbee radio handles location beacons and IoT gateway use, while a USB 2.0 port connects selected cellular modems. Power arrives through 802.3af or 802.3at PoE on the Gigabit Ethernet port or a 12 V DC input, and DC takes precedence when both are present. The access point is plenum rated, suits ceiling or wall mounting indoors, and has a Kensington lock slot.\u003c\/p\u003e","brand":"HPE Aruba","offers":[{"title":"Default Title","offer_id":67719469269165,"sku":"AP-504-NEW","price":139.0,"currency_code":"USD","in_stock":true}],"thumbnail_url":"\/\/cdn.shopify.com\/s\/files\/1\/0640\/7667\/7293\/files\/AP-504.webp?v=1793123193","url":"https:\/\/netmode.com\/products\/hpe-aruba-ap-504-wi-fi-6-external-antenna-access-point-new","provider":"Netmode","version":"1.0","type":"link"}
